What exactly is paintless dent repair?
PDR is a process for removing dents, dings, and hail damage from a vehicle without disturbing the original paint. We use specialized rods and tools to gently massage the metal from behind the panel, returning it to its factory shape. Because nothing is sanded, filled, or repainted, the repair is invisible, and your original finish is preserved.
Will my insurance cover hail damage?
In most cases, yes. Comprehensive coverage typically includes hail. We work directly with insurers, document the damage, and handle the supplement process so you aren't stuck managing it yourself. Bring us your claim number and we'll take it from there.
How long does a repair take?
A single door ding is usually under an hour. Multi-panel hail damage typically takes one to three days, depending on severity. We'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, and we won't keep your vehicle longer than we need to.
What kind of damage can't be fixed with PDR?
PDR works best when the paint is intact. If the damage involves cracked paint, sharp creases on body lines that have stretched the metal, or rust, we'll tell you directly that you need a body shop. We'd rather lose a job than do the wrong one.
